Remove production site "[site name]"

We would like to delete the site "[site name]" from our production servers (672elwb01 and 672elwb02). Please remove references to the site from the Apache configuration and from sites.php, drop the database, and remove the following site directories:
672elwb01: /var/www/drupal7-prod/htdocs/sites/[site name]
672elwb02: /var/www/drupal7-prod/htdocs/sites/[site name]
