Troubleshooting

Blurry image

The likely cause of this is a misused image style. In order to fix do the following:

  • In the admin navigation select "Views"
  • Click "Edit" under "Panoramic slideshow"
  • Under fields click content:image
  • Under Image style select None (original image)
  • Apply the changes and save the view

Text running off the slideshow

Run on text is likely caused by the body being too long without being trimmed. Though this should be taken care of the following steps will allow this problem to be fixed:

  • In the admin navigation select "Views"
  • Click "Edit" under "Panoramic slideshow"
  • Click Content: Text and under Rewrite Results modify the Trim this field to a maximum length field
  • After adjusting the field to the appropriate length save and apply the changes to the view

Slideshow Not Linking to linked content

Before proceeding further with troubleshooting this one make sure the content in question does have a link in the field. Otherwise the fix will not work.

  • In the admin navigation select "Views"
  • Click "Edit" under "Panoramic slideshow"
  • First make sure Content: Link is above Content: Image. If it is not rearrange it at this time by using the arrow next to add and clicking Rearrange
  • Next click on Content: Link and confirm the formatter is set to URL, as plain text
  • Next click on Content: Image confirm that Link image to is set to Nothing as setting this to content will link to the external page the image is found
  • Next click on Rewrite results and click on Output this field as a link
  • Under Link path use [field_panoramic_slideshow_link]
  • Apply the changes and save the view
